Contract Technical Service (Temp Services) Short or long-term temporary personnel is a cost-effective alternative to your companies staff during crucial times, or when specialized skills for your projects are needed
Our Contract billing rates are all inclusive: You pay only the hourly billing rate we agree upon with no additional fees . Our hourly billing rate includes all payroll processing, employee federal and state taxes, employer tax contributions, workers compensation, W2’s, health benefits along with vacation and holiday compensation for our employees.
Temp to Permanent Placement Great way to appraise a candidate for a permanent position to your company. Evaluate a candidate’s skill, technical ability, and personality before you make a commitment to a Permanent Placement. With most Temp to Permanent Placements there are no recruitment fees. Employer and employees receive the same benefit as our Contract Technical Service while under this contract.
1099 Conversions If you are concerned that your 1099 independent contractors are turning out to be more like full time employees, in the eyes of the Government, you may want to consider changing them over to our W2 status through our Contract Technical Service. This would place those personnel under contract giving us the Contract service the responsibility of state & local taxes, matching federal taxes, unemployment and workers compensation.
